So, I am day six on my first 30 day cleanse with Isagenix and I feel AMAZING! I think the biggest surprise for me so far is that I haven't had a single coffee since last Friday. It has almost been a week! I haven't really even thought about it in the morning, and it has only crossed my mind once or twice around 3pm a couple of times. I've made myself a cup of tea and it passed quickly. I also made it through my two cleanse days this week and felt awesome. I had a ton of energy and worked to stay busy through the day and evening.
I've decided to limit my weigh ins to once a week. I know better than anyone that weight can fluctuate a lot based on water consumption and bloating, so I don't want that number to discourage me. Instead I am going to focus on non-scale wins for now. My clothes are feeling much loser, and I have an ABUNDANCE of energy right now.
I have stuck to my goal of making my fitbit steps each day this week, and have even gone on a run a few times this week.
So far so good. It is a busy weekend ahead and we are away for a hockey tournament saturday. What excites me most about this program is how easy it is to stay on track when you're on the run and busy!! I am looking forward to having the time to explore more of the Isagenix products.
